If you plan to fly into Houston, we highly recommend flying into George Bush International Airport (IAH) as it is much closer to the church venue than other airports in the area! Additionally, our team has secured rooms at a number of hotels near the Woodlands Church, as noted below.

PRECONFERENCES
Pre-conferences are hosted prior to the New Room Conference on Wednesday, September 20th from 9am – 12pm CT (the conference begins at 1pm CT). Lunch is included, and participants will receive a book by the pre-conference teacher as part of the registration fee—regardless of which session is chosen.

We invite you to enjoy an on-site dinner for one or both nights. Our outstanding catering partners provide dinner on-site, and you can beat the traffic and spend time with old and new friends. Dinner registration is limited to the first 700 orders per evening and closes Sept. 5. Don’t wait!

Absolutely! We have a few different areas for volunteers. AND you may be eligible for reduced or free registration cost. Let us know you’re interested by filling out the interest application here. DO NOT REGISTER if you plan to volunteer. A discount code will be given to you.
Nope! We’ll check you in according to your name, so no need for a physical ticket.
Yes! Tickets are always transferable. To transfer a ticket, log into your my.seedbed.com account and under the Tickets area, update the registration information to reflect new participant.
Tickets are fully refundable or transferable to another person up until 60 days prior to the event (7/20/23). After this time, tickets are transferable to another person, but not refundable.
We are a come as you are community! So whether you’re a jeans and a t-shirt person or are most comfortable in business attire, we’ve got a place for you!
Yes! We have a student ticket available for traditional undergraduate and graduate students age 29 and under. Use code NRCSTUDENT at registration.
Childcare hasn’t historically been provided at New Room Conference, so make plans accordingly. That said, we’re continuing to work with The Woodlands Methodist Church to see if we can make this childcare possible this year. Stay tuned!
Yes! There will be a room dedicated for nursing mothers. This information will be noted in the conference app!
Yes! As part of the conference registration you will be asked if you would like CEU credit. If you do elect to receive CEU credits, attendance at the conference will be equal to one CEU credit. To confirm that you’ve elected to receive credits, log in to your Seedbed account and view your registration details.
