teaching, and prayer for great awakening.

This year, we will come to you—

Have some questions?
How do I watch the event?
There will be three options for viewing live stream event, listed in order of preference:
Church Online Platform: With Church Online, you have the ability to engage in conversation and chat with other participants and make comments about the event in real time. This option also has auto closed captioning and auto translation into multiple languages. The link for the live stream is: https://twumc.online.church/
If you wish to test this link, you should be able to play the test video provided. When we go live tomorrow night, simply click the link and hit the “Play” button.
YouTube: If you are wanting to play the livestream on your television through the YouTube app on Apple TV, Roku, or another Smart TV platform, this will be the best option for you. Once our stream goes live at 5:30pm CDT / 6:30pm EDT you can either use this link: https://youtu.be/MRT0PMnkOqc OR you can search “Night With New Room” on your YouTube app.
New Room Website: If you have any trouble with either of the above mentioned platforms, you can always watch here on the website.
How will the concert of prayer work?
At 8:00pm CDT / 9:00pm EDT we’ll invite everyone to join us in corporate prayer.
- We will pray through the large mission fields of the heart, the home, the church and the city.
- We will make room for confession, repentance, for lament, and for joy-filled hope.
- You will be guided to pray in different ways and at times with others who are in the same setting with you.
This experience will be deeply encouraging and even more importantly, a blessing to the world. (Please observe local social distancing guidelines.)

Groups
A word about hosting a gathering with your band, small group, or church community:
Given the realities of Covid-19 we leave it up to each community with regard to whether they will physically gather in homes or at church facilities. We recommend that each group that physically gathers follow social distancing guidelines and use best practices given by local and national health officials.
That being said, we would love it if people would participate in the event together with their small group, staff, or community.
The evening has two main parts:
- The first two hours are a livestream event with worship, teaching, and prayer that can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC and can easily be projected onto a TV or projector.
- The final hour is a concert of prayer to be led live by our team. You will remain on the livestream for this portion of the evening as David Thomas and others guide us through four movements prayer and lead us to break out into smaller prayer groups of 10-20 people.
Even though we welcome you to host a group, we still encourage you to have each and every person attending register through the link provided. This lets us know how many people we have in total attendance, as well as allows us to provide each participant with complimentary follow up materials and links to the talks should they for any reason they missed a portion or would like to view them again.
